New food products generated through processes that minimise the use of natural resources are emerging, yet they remain relatively unknown. theAgricult aims to be a participatory tool for providing information about these topics and enable stakeholders wanting to navigate in this space.

She is an expert in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues in the agri-food sector.
